Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations for Individual Bookings:

If any booking is cancelled within 15 Days or Less Before the Check-In date, then 100% of the advance amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.

If any booking is cancelled in between 16 to 30 Days Before Check-In, then 50% of the advance amount (equivalent to 25% of the total bill amount) will be deducted. The remaining advance amount will be offered as Credit Note for Room, redeemable at prevailing rates within 1 year from the date of Cancellation.

If any booking is cancelled in between 31 to 45 Days Before Check-In: 50% of the advance amount (equivalent to 25% of the total bill amount) will be deducted as cancellation charges.

2. Cancellations for Bulk Bookings:

A refund of up to 25% of the advance amount (equivalent to 25% of the total bill value) will only be considered if:

The cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to the check-in date.

The hotel resells the canceled rooms in addition to existing bookings on the day of check-in.

No refund will be processed if the above conditions are not met.

3. Discounted Bookings:

Bookings made under discounted rates are not eligible for any refund or room credit, regardless of the cancellation dates.

4. Refund Processing:

All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of the refund request.

Note: Room credits, where applicable, must be redeemed within 1 year from the date of cancellation and are subject to prevailing room rates at the time of redemption.
